This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information by Bezi, third-party artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar tools (“AI Functions”), our website at www.bezi.com (the “Site”), software, related tools, and all software made available by Bezi to deploy, host, and manage software projects. To make these terms easier to read, it is all collectively called the “Services”.
Disclosure Regarding Customer Data. If you are using Bezi Services as part of your work for a company or organization that has a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) with Bezi, the MSA and DPA will govern how data is processed.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. If we make any material modifications, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and by maintaining a current version of the Privacy Policy on this page. Purchases. We may collect personal information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
Communication Information. If you communicate with us, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any message you send.
Service Use Information. We collect information you provide to the Services for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We may process your personal information through our AI Functions, provided that we do not share Inputs, Outputs, or your personal information with any providers of artificial intelligence or machine learning models unless they agree not to use your personal information to train, develop, enhance or improve their models.
Feedback. We appreciate feedback, comments, testimonials, ideas, proposals, and Input response ratings (“Feedback”). If you provide Feedback on the Service, we may store the entire exchange as part of your Feedback.
Surveys and Contests. We may host surveys and contests and invite you to participate. If you decide to participate, we may collect personal information from you in connection with your submission.
Events Data. In connection with conferences, trade shows and other events (collectively, “Events”) that we host, run, or sponsor, you may provide personal information to us, or we may receive personal information about you, such as name, email, mailing address, demographic data, and any information specific to the Event.
Job Applicant Data. We may post job openings and opportunities on the Services. If you apply for a job with us, we will collect any personal information you provide in connection with your application, such as your contact information and CV.

Device Information. We may collect personal information about your device, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, cookie identifiers, other unique identifiers, browser or device information, Internet service provider, and location information (including, as applicable, approximate location derived from IP address and precise geo-location information).
Usage Information. We may collect personal information about your use of the Services, such as the dates and times of access, information about the links you click, pages that you view, and other information about how you use the Services.
Cookies and Related Technologies. We and our third-party service providers may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to operate and manage the Service and improve your experience. These technologies help us to recognize you, customize your experience, and analyze and optimize your use of the Service, for example to help maintain your preferences.
Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in device browsers. We also use the services of certain third parties to provide the AI Functions, in which third parties may use cookies to collect and store data on use and access of the Services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Pixel Tags. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded in the Services that collects personal information about use of or engagement with the Services. The use of a pixel tag allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page or clicked on a particular advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.

Personal Information Collected from Third Parties
We may collect personal information about you from third parties. For example, if you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and login process. If you use our Services on behalf of, or in collaboration with, an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization may provide us with information about you so that we can provision your account.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide the Services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger or sale, as described below.Disclosures to Provide the Services
Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third-party vendors, service providers or contractors who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to your personal information to do that work. This may include, but is not limited to, service providers that provide us with hosting, account creation and authentication, customer service, analytics, payment processing, artificial intelligence or machine learning services, communication platforms, marketing services, IT support, and related services. In addition, we may disclose your personal information to the service providers included on our Subprocessors List.

Other Users of the Services. Certain features of the Service may allow you to share Inputs, Outputs, or other User Materials with other users or third-party applications. Any information you voluntarily share with those parties is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Third-Party Services. The Services may link to or allow you to use, interface with, share personal information with or direct us to share personal information with third-party websites, platforms, applications, services, products, and technology (each a “Third-Party Service”). Any Input or Usage information shared with a Third-Party Service will be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the processing of personal information by Third-Party Services.
Business Partners. We may share your personal information with business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested. We may also share your personal information with business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services. Once your personal information is shared with our business partner, it will also be subject to our business partner’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the processing of personal information by our business partners.
Authorized Account Administrators. If you create an account using an email associated with an organization (e.g., your employer), we may disclose account-related information (such as your email address and account status) to that organization. If the organization has an enterprise account, administrators may access and manage your use of the Service and information associated with your use of the Services.
Advertising Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners. These third-party advertising partners may set Technologies and other tracking tools on our Services to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) for purposes of delivering personalized advertisements to you when you visit digital properties within their networks.

Your Privacy Choices
Email Communications. If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe functionality found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and the Services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications.
“Do Not Track.” Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
Cookies. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. However, if you adjust your preferences, the Services may not work properly. Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability: In limited circumstances, you have the right to receive personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and ask that we transmit it to another company where technically feasible.
Right to Object: At any time, you have the right to object if we collect your personal information to create a profile on you or if we process your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Where our processing of your personal information is subject to the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We provide our Services and store all personal information we process in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, by submitting your personal information to our Services, you expressly consent to having your personal information transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.If we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and/or the United Kingdom to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection laws, one of the safeguards we may use to support such transfer is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law outside the United States), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
