Technical Solutions Engineer
Location: Remote, North America
The role
You’ll be a core member of the Bezi team, helping game studios understand, evaluate, and adopt Bezi for their workflows. We’re building a tool to streamline the repetitive, less-creative aspects of game creation so devs, designers, and artists can build more efficiently, and with less stress.
You will be responsible for helping AA-AAA studios experience the value of Bezi first-hand. You’ll be in constant communication with studios: deeply understanding their unique production workflows, proactively identifying where Bezi’s technology helps, and guiding them through the evaluation, integration, and rollout.
Your role blends technical depth, sales acumen, and creative problem solving. You’ll build real relationships and technical trust, in order to help studios see real value quickly.
The impact you'll have:
Define and scale how Bezi builds for, onboards, and supports future studios
Work with Sales to scope and demo Bezi for studio’s specific workflows and needs
Lead technical evaluations and POCs, facilitating a process from intro to adoption that respects studio’s time
Understand each studio’s production stack, workflows, and pain points to creatively identify where Bezi can provide value
Proactive technical support during trials to address questions and suggest best practices
Collaborate with product and engineering to relay studio feedback and inform the roadmap
Build reusable demos, sample projects, and internal tools to improve the evaluation experience
What you bring:
Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant in gaming or game-adjacent tools
Deep Unity knowledge; you’ve worked on published games and understand large studio workflows
Know AA-AAA studio environments and how tools are evaluated, approved, and deployed in them
Thrives in technical and customer-facing conversations
Ability to explain complex systems clearly and adapt to your audience on the fly
History of helping studios or clients succeed through proactive support and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication skills across demos, presentations, and technical Q&A
Enthusiasm for AI tools and how studios can use them to be more efficient and prioritize creativity
