Technical Business Development

The role

You’ll be a core member of the Bezi team, building new relationships with game studios, introducing them to Bezi and supporting their education and adoption journey.

We’re building Bezi to streamline the repetitive, less-creative parts of game development so devs, designers, and tech artists can build more efficiently, and with less stress.

You will be responsible for driving growth across medium and enterprise sized game studios (AA-AAA). You’ll be genuinely excited to talk to new studios everyday, understand the challenges they face, and find where Bezi can help their teams.

This role blends deep technical knowledge of game studios’ pipelines and bottlenecks with interpersonal and organizational skills.

The impact you'll have:

• Proactively identify and connect with game studios, build meaningful relationships across teams and seniority levels and develop a nuanced understanding of their workflows and bottlenecks

• Introduce studios to Bezi, demonstrating how to address specific challenges in their production pipeline

• Set and exceed ambitious revenue targets, creating your own playbook and communicating what you need to excel

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product to inform how we build and position Bezi’s product to resonate deeply with studios’ evolving needs

What you bring:

• Professional Unity game dev experience; deep Unity knowledge and comfort speaking with folks across the technical spectrum, from game designers to senior programmers

• Self-motivation and high-agency, you enjoy setting ambitious goals for yourself and finding new creative methods to meet them

• Good, proactive communication (written and verbal)

• Strong storytelling skills, you can distill open-ended, complex concepts into personalized, compelling narratives

• Familiarity with medium and enterprise sized studios’ game dev pipelines and the common challenges they face

• Enthusiasm for AI tools and how studios can use them to be more efficient and prioritize creativity
