AR Tutorial

You can view and interact with Bezi prototypes in mobile AR!

AR for iOS

To experience Bezi files in AR passthrough on your iPhone, we recommend using the XR Browser app. You can go to the Bezi file link to experience it in AR.

  1. Download the XR Browser on your iPhone

  1. Open the app, and paste the file link (e.g. https://www.bezi.com/file/f62f1621-eb4a-4e60-950c-7994b1ba61c9)

    Note: You may need to enable camera permissions for the app first.

  1. Click on the ‘play’ icon on the top right. This will enter you into AR play mode.

    Note: you need to have environment opacity set to 0% to be able to see it in passthrough (Check out 👁️Passthrough for more info)

  1. Move your phone around to see your designs in AR.

AR for Android

You can use your browser on your Android phone to open the Bezi file link and press on the headset icon to experience the file in AR.

Anchoring your scene to the real world

You can anchor your scene to the real world in mobile AR. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the file link in play mode by following the instructions for iOS or Android above.

  2. You’ll get a prompt to set an anchor. As you move your phone around, we will detect any horizontal surface and put the scene origin on it.

  3. Tap on your phone to set the anchor.

  4. To reposition the anchor, tap on the ‘Reposition’ button at the bottom and repeat the steps above.
